WOW Industries
An old factory-turned-Hazardous-Ruin inside Bassanio Heights, its exterior reachable once the Bassanio Lift is repaired but its interior sealed until The Poisoned Water. Rather than gatherable resources, it holds wall-socket caches of Carbon Steel Bars and treasure chests with rewards like the Enhanced Iron Sword recipe, a Power Stone, a Data Disc, and a Game Cartridge - Protoform, plus a hidden room deep in its green-lit reaches. Its dangerous sewage system is only accessible during The Poisoned Water, The Burnt Warehouse, and Sam's romance mission The Lucky Charm.
